摘要:
目的探讨摩拉生物共振诊断治疗系统辅助治疗婴幼儿哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将76例哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎患儿随机分为观察组(40例)和对照组(36例)。对照组吸入糖皮质激素和左卡巴斯汀鼻吸入等常规规范治疗;观察组在常规规范治疗基础上,辅以德国生物共振系统(MORAsuper)检测及脱敏治疗。治疗3个月后,观察两组患儿哮喘和过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效以及肺功能改善情况。结果观察组患儿哮喘治疗总有效率为97.5%,过敏性鼻炎治疗总有效率为87.5%,肺通气功能改善总有效率为80.0%,均高于对照组(分别为77.8%、66.7%和55.6%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规规范治疗基础上辅以摩拉生物共振诊断治疗仪治疗婴幼儿哮喘合并过敏性鼻炎,能提高哮喘、过敏性鼻炎临床治疗有效率,改善肺功能,值得在临床推广应用。
Abstract:
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical curative of MORA-super Bio-Resonance (MORA) bioresonance therapy in the adjuvant treatment of infantile asthma complicated with allergy rhinitis. Methods76 cases of infants with asthma complicated with allergy rhinitis were randomly divided into observation group (40 cases) and control group (36 cases). The control group was given routine treatment of corticosteroids inhalation and levocabastine nasal inhalation; the observation group was received German bioresonance therapy (MORA-super) testing and desensitization on the basis of routine treatment. The clinical effect of asthma and rhinitis, and the improvement of pulmonary function of the two groups were observed after treatment for 3 months. ResultsThe total effective rate of asthma, allergy rhinitis and improvement of pulmonary function were 97.5%, 87.5%, 80% in the observation group, respectively, all of which were higher than those of the control group(83.33%, 75%, 55.56% respectively), the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionsGerman bioresonance therapy combined with routine treatment in the treatment of infantile asthma complicated with allergy rhinitis can enhance the effective ratio of asthma and rhinitis, improve lung function, and worthy of clinical application.
