ObjectiveTo observe the curative effect of acupuncture therapy combined with speech training for dysarthria caused by stroke.MethodsNinety patients with dysarthria were randomly divided into three groups,30 cases in each group.The observation group were treated with acupuncture and speech therapy,while the control group-1 were treated with acupuncture therapy,and the control group-2 with speech therapy.ResultsThe speech function,clinical effect and life quality of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group-1 and group-2(P＜0.05).The state of an illness of the observation group lightened greatly(P＜0.05).ConclusionAcupuncture therapy combined with speech training can effectively promote the recovery of dysarthria caused by stroke.
