目的探讨普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀治疗脑梗死患者的疗效及对患者生活质量的影响。方法选择急性脑梗死患者60例，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组30例。对照组患者给予普罗布考治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上联合阿托伐他汀治疗，比较两组患者治疗前后总胆固醇（TC）、甘油三酯（TG）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL-C）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）水平、生活质量MBI评分、Spitzer生活质量指数表（QLI）评分的变化以及临床治疗效果。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率（90.0%）高于对照组（70.0%），差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01），观察组患者临床疗效优于对照组（P＜0.01）。治疗2周后，两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C水平均较治疗前改善，且观察组患者改善程度优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗6个月后，两组患者MBI评分、QLI评分均高于治疗前（P＜0.01），且观察组患者评分高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论普罗布考联合阿托伐他汀可显著提高脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果，显著降低患者的血脂水平，提高患者的生活质量，值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of probucol combined with atorvastatin on the quality of life in patients with cerebral infarction. MethodsA total of 60 patients with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with probucol, while the observation group received probucol combined with atorvastatin, before and after treatment, the level of TC, TG, LDL-C, HDL-C and the scores of MBI and QLI between of the two groups were compared, and the efficacy of treatment was also observed. ResultsThe effective rates of the observation group (90%) was significantly higher than that of control group(70%).After treatment for 2 weeks, the level of HDL-C, LDL-C, TG and TC , the scores of MBI and QLI in both group were significantly improve compared with those before treatment, and the improve in the observation group was more significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionsProbucol combined with atorvastatin can increase the clinical curative effect of patients with cerebral infarction, reduce the levels of lipid, improve the quality of life, which is worthy for popularization and application.
