目的探讨日记式心理教育干预对双相抑郁缓解期患者负性情绪的影响。方法选取双相抑郁缓解期住院患者70例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和实验组,每组35例。对照组患者进行精神科常规健康教育干预,实验组在对照组的基础上增加日记式心理教育干预,两组患者均干预4周。采用正负性情绪量表、焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评价干预前后两组患者的情绪变化情况。结果干预4周后,实验组患者正性情绪量表评分高于对照组,负性情绪量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者焦虑自评量表、抑郁自评量表评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论日记式心理教育干预有助于改善双相抑郁缓解期患者的负性情绪,减轻焦虑、抑郁症状,有利于提高治疗效果。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of psychological education with diary on negative emotions in patients with remission stage of bipolar disorder. MethodsA total of 70 patients with remission stage of bipolar disorder were selected and randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 35 cases in each group. The control group received routine psychiatric education, while the experimental group was given psychological education with diary on the basis of routine psychiatric education, both of the two groups were interfered for 4 weeks. Positive and negative affect schedule, anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-rating scale were adopted to evaluate morale changes of the patients in two groups. ResultsAfter interfered for 4 weeks, the score of positive affect schedule in the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05) ,but the scores of negative affect schedule, anxiety self-assessment scale and depression self-rating scale were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05). ConclusionsPsychological education with diary is helpful to relieve negative mood, lighten the symptom of depression and anxiety, enhance the effectiveness of the treatment.
