目的探讨营养风险筛查（NRS2002）在结肠癌患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取确诊为结肠癌行择期手术治疗的住院患者118例为研究对象，采用NRS2002对患者进行术前术后营养筛查，并根据筛查结果进行肠内营养支持治疗。观察患者术前术后的营养风险率及营养治疗后各项指标的变化情况。结果术后1 d患者营养风险的检出率（73.7%）高于术前（25.4%，P＜0.05）；患者血清总蛋白、血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、血红蛋白、淋巴细胞计数在术后均显著下降（P＜0.01）；营养治疗7 d后，患者的血清白蛋白、前白蛋白、淋巴细胞计数较营养治疗前显著提高（P＜0.05）；血红蛋白略有下降，但治疗前后比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论NRS2002能简便、快捷地反映结肠癌住院患者手术前后的营养风险，术后行合理、均衡、个体化的营养治疗能显著改善患者的营养状况，减少术后并发症，改善临床结局，提高患者生活质量。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of nutritional risk screening (NRS2002) in patients with colorectal cancer. MethodsA total of 118 patients with colorectal cancer and undergoing elective operation were enrolled, nutrition screening was perfomed before and after operation using NRS2002, nutritional therapies were applied according to screening result. The incidence of nutritional risk before and after operation was observed, and various index of patients were collected after nutritional therapies. ResultsThe incidence of nutritional risk was 73.7% at one day after operation, which is significantly higher than that before operation (25.4%, P＜0.05); the plasma total protein, albumin, pre albumin, hemoglobin and lymphocyte count were significantly decreased after operation (P＜0.01); after nutritional therapy for 7 days, the lymphocyte count and the level of albumin, prealbumin were significantly higher than those before operation (P＜0.05), but the level of hemoglobin shows slightly decrease compared to before operation(P＞0.05). ConclusionsNRS2002 can reflect nutritional risk in patients with colorectal cancer before and after operation, reasonable, balanced, and individualized nutritional therapy can improve the nutritional status of postoperative patient, reduce the postoperative complications and improve clinical outcomes and the quality of life.
