ObjectiveTo explore the influence of early intervention on nerve function recovery and daily life ability of stroke patients with affective disorder.Methods58 cases with anxiety/depression were found out in 157 cases of acute stroke patients with the usages of SDS and SAS scale. The 58 cases were randomized into treatment group and control group. The treatment group was given antidepressant/anxiolytic drugs the time they admitted to hospital. Then HAMD scale,HAMA scale, nerve function damage grading scale and Barthel index were used in assessing the efficacy after 2 weeks,4 weeks and 8 weeks of treatment, compared with the control group.ResultsThe scores of treatment group were better than control group as the result of early intervention. There were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionThe early intervention can promote the recovery of nerve function and enhance daily life ability.
