目的对门诊处方进行回顾性质量审查,找出处方存在的质量问题,以期提高服务质量。方法随机抽取2009年门诊处方3600张(每月300张),对处方的书写规范性及开据药品的用药合理性进行审查分析。结果处方合格率95.1%,不合格处方178张,占4.9%,其中不合理用药43张,占1.19%;处方不完整、书写不规范等135张,占3.75%。结论我院药师对处方审查工作的细致性、认真性有待进一步加强,处方审查的水平和能力有待进一步提高,应加强药师的业务学习,提高药学服务质量。
ObjectiveMaking a retrospective examine of outpatient′s prescription,then find out the existing problems,aimed to promote our service quality.Methods3600 prescriptions of 2009 (300 Monthly) were randomly selected,then make a check on the writing and pharmaceutical rationality.ResultsThe qualified rate of Prescription was 95.1%,178 unqualified prescriptions were holding up 1.19%,among them,irrational use of drugs taking up 1.19%(43 prescriptions), prescription incomplete、Writing does not prescribe taking up 3.75%(135 prescriptions).ConclusionsPharmacist must be more careful and seriously while checking prescriptions. The professional skills and abilities are still needed to promote,vocational study are also needed aimed to improve the service quality.
