Clinical observation of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Pulmicort respules inhaled therapy in the treatment of 98 cases of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
ObjectiveTo observe the efficacy of low molecular weight heparin calcium combined with Pulmicort respules in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (AECOPD).Methods98 patients were randomly divided into treatment group(n=52) and control group (n=46).Patients of the two groups were treated with conventional therapy. In the treatment group, low molecular weight heparin calcium and Pulmicort respules were added in the therapy. The changes of indicators and clinical symptoms were observed between the two groups before and after treatment.ResultsCompared with the control group, there was significant difference in the clinical symptom scores, the average days of hospitalization(all P<0.05),the efficacy of treatment group was better than control group(u=2.692,P=0.007).Before and after treatment, there were significant efficacy in blood gas analysis and lung function in both groups(P<0.01),and there was significant difference in blood gas analysis and lung function between the two groups(P<0.05),but the range of promotion are bigger in treatment group.ConclusionsThe clinical therapeutic effect is exact in the treatment of AECOPD using low molecular weight heparin calcium and inhalation Pulmicort respules,so application and dissemination is worthy.
