目的通过对特定职业人群进行肺功能检查以发现肺功能异常者，特别是慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）患者，以便进行早期防治。方法对1 994名卷烟厂、中小学教师、机械厂、汽车厂、起重机厂、压缩机厂、冶炼厂职工进行肺功能健康检查。结果各职业人群肺功能均有异常，其中最轻的是机械厂职工；阻塞性通气障碍者中卷烟厂职工所占比例最高（13.0%），其次为教师（8.5%）；而其他职业肺功能异常则以限制性通气障碍为主，其中汽车厂职工所占比例最高（28.3%）。结论在职业暴露职工健康体检中应重视肺功能检查，以便及早发现问题，及早防治。

ObjectiveTo make examination of different workers′ lung function so as to discover abnormal lung function especially the chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients,so that we can take measures as early as possible.MethodsThe lung function of 1994 staffs of cigarettes factory,middle and primary school,machinery factory,automobile factory,crane factory,compressors factory,smeltery was checked.ResultsThere were patients with abnormal lung function in different occupations,the degree of abnormal lung function of machinery factory workers was the lowest;The rate of obstructive ventilatory disorder of staffs in cigarettes factory taking up 13.0%,the highest of all,teachers in the second highest position(8.5%).Restricted ventilatory disorder was the most common type in other types of occupation related abnormal lung function,while automobile factory workers taking the highest rate(28.3%).ConclusionWe must pay attention to the meaning of lung function examination in occupation exposing workers,so that we can discover the existing problems,then take measures to prevent and cure in time.
