目的对土壤样品中具有强抑制真菌活性的微生物进行筛选,为进一步从中筛选具有抗真菌活性物质提供基础。方法从大明山土壤样品中筛选具有强真菌抑制作用的菌株,对其进行分子生物学鉴定。结果从土壤样品筛选获得一株对毛霉具有强抑制作用的菌株JK16,通过16s分子生物学鉴定表明这个菌株与Burkholderia sp.m35b的相似性最高,为洋葱伯克霍尔德菌JK16菌株。结论JK16菌株具有真菌抑制作用,可能是一个具有潜在价值的真菌抗生素产生菌株,需对这个菌株的代谢产物做进一步研究。
ObjectiveTo screen agents with strong antifungal activity in soil,so as to provide basis for the discovery of material with antifungal activity.MethodsBacterial strains with strong antifungal activity were collected from Daming mountain,then were identified by molecular biology methods.ResultsOne strain JK16 with strong inhibition to Mucor was obtained from the sample.The 16s molecular identify test showed that JK16 strain shared most similarity with Burkholderia sp.m35b.So,it is named as Burkholderia cenocepacia JK16.ConclusionsJK16 strain has fungistasis activity.It is a potential producer of fungicidal antibiotic.Further study of metabolite produced by this strain is really needed.
