目的探讨胸部高能聚束微波热化疗对肿瘤患者心电图的影响。方法47例患者分别采用AB模式或BA模式。AB模式:第1周期采用高能聚束微波热疗+化疗,第2周期予单纯化疗;BA模式:第1周期采用单纯化疗,第2周期予高能聚束微波热疗+化疗。治疗中予心电监护和每周期治疗前后进行心电图检查,分析评估热化疗周期和单纯化疗周期患者的心电图变化情况。结果心电监护发现热化疗周期患者的窦性心动过速的发生率明显高于单纯化疗周期患者(P<0.05),其他心电异常的发生率周期比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组治疗前后的异常心电图的发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论热化疗周期患者治疗过程中的窦性心动过速的发生率较化疗周期明显增高为机体对体温增高的生理反应;胸部高能聚束微波热疗与化疗联合治疗恶性肿瘤对化疗患者的心电图改变无明显影响。
ObjectiveTo explore the influences of chemotherapy combined with thoracic microwave hyperthermia on the electrocardiogram (ECG) of patients with cancer.Methods47 patients were randomly assigned to group AB or BA.For the first cycle of the therapy,chemotherapy combined with thoracic microwave hyperthermia was used in AB group when just chemotherapy in BA group,then chemotherapy for the second cycle in AB group,at the same time chemotherapy combined with thoracic microwave hyperthermia was used in BA group.ECG was detected during the therapy,before and after treatment, analyzing the changes of ECG in different cycles.ResultsThe incidence of nodal tachycardia in combination therapy was higher than that in simple chemotherapy(P<0.05).There were no significant differences of other abnormal ECG between two therapies(P>0.05).Compared of ECG abnormal rates,there were no statistic differences between the two groups(P>0.05).ConclusionsThe rate of nodal tachycardia in chemotherapy combined with thoracic microwave hyperthermia was higher than chemotherapy group,showing as a physiological reaction related to the increase of temperature.The combination of chemotherapy and thoracic microwave hyperthermia was not effected in the changes of ECG.
