目的探讨阶段性健康教育对脑卒中偏瘫患者康复训练效果的影响。方法将50例脑卒中偏瘫患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组25例。在康复训练中观察组采用阶段性健康教育,对照组采用常规性健康教育。分别于入院时,入院满4周,入院满8周三个阶段对两组患者采用Barthel指数和Fugl-Meyer积分进行疗效评定。结果经过阶段性健康教育的观察组的Barthel指数和Fugl-Meye积分均优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阶段性健康教育能有效提高脑卒中患者的肌体运动功能和日常生活能力。
ObjectiveTo explore the influences of stage health education on stroke patients with hemiplegia in rehabilitation training.Methods50 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group,25 cases in each group.Stage health education was applied in the observation group,while conventional health education was used in the control group.The curative effects of the two groups were evaluated by Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer integral on three stage of admission:at the time of admission,4 weeks after admission,and 8 weeks after admission.ResultsAfter stage health education,the Barthel index and Fugl-Meyer integral of observation group were higher than that of control group(P<0.01).ConclusionStage health education can effectively enhance the body movement function and daily living ability of stroke patients.
