ObjectiveTo investigate the effects of comprehensive intervention of supervising troublemaking psychotics in community.Methods406 psychotic patients and their families,who were trained in group by skilled personnel with family intervention,were grouped in 10 equal lots.Every 2 months,patients and their families were followed up and assessed with a mental illness follow-up information sheet.Skilled personnel gave specific instructions and the cognitive-behavior therapy to the families,and every 3 months community follow-up was carried out once.At the same time the risk evaluation sheet for troublemaking was filled in.ResultsPatient risk Levels decreased before and after comprehensive rehabilitation measures intervention, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01).ConclusionEscalating emotional changes of patient can be found early,emergency plan can be carried out as quickly as possible, and accident levels can be lower by family intervention.
