ObjectiveTo study comprehensive rehabilitation nursing to shoulder hand syndrome of peripheral nerve injury.Method40 stroke patients with shoulder-hand syndrome were divided into the observation group (20 cases) and the control group (20 cases). The patients in the observation group were given soaking water treatment, posture, centripetal winding,inter- mediate frequency electric treatment, passive and active motion control, and the control group were given rehabilitation routine therapy and nursing. All patients were evaluated before and 14 days after treatment.ResultsAfter treatment, the two groups’ hemiplegia side shoulder and hand pain, joint swelling and neural activity were obviously improved;but the improvement degree of the observation group was higher than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).ConclusionComprehensive rehabilitation therapy and nursing instruction can effectively reduce the shoulder-hand syndrome, effectively maintain AROM,remission pain and protection of peripheral nerve, thus to stroke patients peripheral nerve function recovery.
