广西三级甲等医院医务人员临床营养KAP调查分析▲

目的了解广西三级甲等医院的医务人员的临床营养KAP的现状。方法采用自编量表,随机抽取广西区内6市12所三级甲等医院的195名医务人员进行调查,对结果进行分析。结果广西三级甲等医院医务人员的K分为67.69±24.38,A分为81.54±18.25, P分为71.36±21.73;省级医院医务人员的K分高于市级医院(P=0.031);不同学历医务人员K、A、P无差异(P>0.05);高级职称的医务人员的K分高于其他职称(P=0.000)。结论医务人员的临床营养知识有待提高,各级医院应加强对临床医务人员的临床营养继续教育和培训,医学院校也应把《临床营养学》纳入必修课程。
ObjectiveTo observe the actuality of clinical KAP of medical staff in three level of first-class hospitals in Guangxi.Methodthe self-made survey tables were adopted,and 195 medical staffs of 12 three level of first-class hospitals in 6 cities of Guangxi were selected randomly to conduct the surveys,and the data were analyzed.ResultsThe K,A,P score were 67.69±24.38,81.54±18.25 and 71.36±21.73 respectively;K points of medical staff of provincial hospital were higher than that of city(P=0.031);points of K,A,P had no difference between medical staff of different education(P>0.05);medical staff of senior professional title owned higher scores in K than other titles (P=0.000).ConclusionThe clinical nutrition knowledge of medical staff is remained to be improved, further education and training of clinical nutrition for clinical medical staff are supposed to be strengthened,and the is ought to be brought into required course of medicine colleges.
