ObjectiveTo analyze the effects of early rehabilitation on clinical efficacy, ability of daily life and motor functional in patients with acute cerebral infarction. MethodsA total of 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly divided into conventional group and early rehabilitation group, with 50 cases in each group. Conventional group received neurological treatment, early rehabilitation group received early rehabilitation on the basis of neurological treatment, the clinical efficacy, ability of daily life and motor functional between two groups were compared. ResultsThe total effective rate was 100.0% in the early rehabilitation group and 76.0% in the conventional group, the difference between two groups was significant, and the clinical efficacy in the early rehabilitation group was significantly superior to that in the conventional group (P<0.05); after treatment, ability of daily life and motor functional were improved significantly as compared with those before treatment, and those in the early rehabilitation group were significantly superior to that in the conventional group (P<0.05). ConclusionsEarly rehabilitation can enhance motor function and ability of daily life in patients with acute cerebral infarction, and improve the curative effect, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
