目的探讨卡维地洛联合依那普利治疗慢性心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法选择慢性心力衰竭患者60例作为研究对象，采用随机数字表法将患者随机分为观察组与对照组，每组30例。两组患者均予洋地黄、硝酸酯类和利尿剂等常规对症治疗，观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予卡维地洛、依那普利联合治疗，疗程均为3个月，观察比较两组患者治疗后心功能各项指标的变化情况治疗总有效率以及不良反应发生率。结果观察组患者治疗总有效率为90.0%，对照组为70.0%，两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗后观察组的心功能各项指标均较治疗前及对照组改善，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组及对照组患者不良反应发生率分别为20.0%、16.7%，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论卡维地洛、依那普利二者联合治疗慢性心力衰竭可以提高临床疗效，改善患者的心功能，缓解临床症状，无明显不良反应发生。

ObjectiveTo evaluate the efficacy of carvedilol combined with enalapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure. MethodsA total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 30 cases in each. All patients received conventional treatment such as digitalis, nitrates diuretics, and the observation group received enalapril and carvedilol on the base of conventional treatment, the courses of treatment was 3 months, the indexes of heart function, clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of observation group(90.0%) was significantly higher than that in control group (70.0%, P＜0.05). After treatment, the indexes of heart function in the observation group improved significantly compared to before treatment and the control group (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 20%, and the control group was 16.7%, there was no statistical difference between two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionsCarvedilol combined with enalapril in the treatment of chronic heart failure can increase the clinical efficacy, improve heart function, relieve clinical symptoms with no obvious adverse reactions.
