目的探讨普伐他汀治疗对糖尿病并高脂血症患者血脂、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和血小板活化的影响,为临床诊疗提供参考依据。方法选取2015年1月至2016年1月我院收治的糖尿病并高脂血症患者150例,按照随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组,每组75例。对照组患者给予辛伐他汀治疗,研究组患者给予普伐他汀治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后hs-CRP、胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p和CD63水平。结果治疗后,两组患者hs-CRP水平均显著降低(P<0.01),研究者患者显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者TC、TG、LDL-C均显著降低(P<0.01)、两组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者HDL-C水平显著升高(P<0.05)、研究者患者HDL-C水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者血小板膜糖蛋白CD62p和CD63水平均显著降低(P<0.01)、两组间CD62p和CD63水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论普伐他汀与辛伐他汀对糖尿病并发高脂血症患者均具有较好的降脂作用,能有效降低血小板的活性。
ObjectiveTo study the influence of pravastatin on serum lipids, high sensitivity C reactive protein and platelet activation in patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia, and provide basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. MethodsA total of 150 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected in our hospital from January 2015 to January 2016, and were randomly divided into study group and control group, with 75 cases in each group. The control group was given simvastatin, while the study group was given pravastatin, hs CRP, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62P and CD63 were compared between two groups before and after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment, the levels of hs-CRP, TC, TG, LDL-C, platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p and CD63 in the two groups decreased significantly while the levels of HDL-C increased significantly compared with those before treatment(P<0.05), and the levels of hs-CRP in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group, while the levels of HDL-C was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05), no statistical significance was found between two groups in the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C, platelet membrane glycoprotein CD62p and CD63(P>0.05). ConclusionsPravastatin and simvastatin in the treatment of diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia has good lipid-lowering effect, and can reduce the activity of platelet.
