目的探讨芪卫颗粒与雷公藤多苷片联合治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者的疗效及对血清VEGF及MCP-1、hs-CRP的影响。方法选取2013年6月至2015年9月我院收治的2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者114例为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与联合组，每组57例。对照组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予雷公藤多苷片治疗，联合组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予雷公藤多苷片联合芪卫颗粒治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效、血清VEGF、MCP-1、hs-CRP水平以及不良反应发生率。结果联合组患者的治疗总有效率（91.23%）明显高于对照组（71.93%），差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗后，两组患者VEGF及MCP-1、hs-CRP水平均显著下降（P＜0.01），联合组患者上述指标水平显著低于对照组（P＜0.01）；两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论芪卫颗粒联合雷公藤多苷片治疗2型糖尿病肾病Ⅳ期患者临床疗效显著，能明显降低血清VEGF、MCP-1、hs-CRP水平，值得推广应用。

ObjectiveTo explore the efficacy of qiwei granules combined with tripterygium for treatment of patients with Type-2 diabetes nephropathy in stage-Ⅳand the impact on VEGF, MCP-1 and hs-CRP. MethodsA total of 114 patients with type-2 diabetes nephropathy in stage-Ⅳ admitted to our hospital from June 2013 to September 2015 were randomly divided into control group and combination group, with 57cases in each group.The control group were treated with Tripterygium on the basis of routine intervention, and the combination group receive qiwei granules on the basis of the control group. Clinical effect, the serum levels of VEGF, MCP-1 and hs-CRP, incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of the combination group (91.23%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.93%, P＜0.05); after treatment, the levels of VEGF, MCP-1 and hs-CRP in the two groups were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P＜0.01), and the indicators mention above in the combination group was significantly lower than those in the control group (P＜0.01); that was no significant difference of adverse reaction was found between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionsQiwei granules combined with tripterygium obtains an obvious efficacy for the treatment of patients with type-2 diabetes, it can effectively reduce the levels of serum VEGF and MCP-1, hs-CRP, which is worthy of popularization and application.
