【摘要】目的观察鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗难治性耳鸣的疗效及对患者血清可溶性血管细胞黏附分子-1(sVCAM1)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)水平的影响。方法选取2015年3月至2016年12月我院耳鼻喉科收治的难治性耳鸣患者98例为研究对象,随机分为对照组与研究组各49例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,研究组患者在对照组治疗的基础上给予鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗,疗程14 d。比较两组患者治疗前后耳鸣严重程度评分、血清sVCAM1、SOD水平、不良反应发生情况以及临床治疗效果。结果治疗后,两组患者耳鸣严重程度各项平分均显著降低(P<0.01),研究组患者各项平分显著低于对照组(P<0.01);两组血清sVCAM1水平均显著降低、SOD水平均显著升高(P<0.01),研究组患者sVCAM1水平显著低于对照组、SOD水平显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。研究组患者治疗总显效率(57.14%)显著高于对照组(32.65%),临床疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,采用鼠神经生长因子穴位注射治疗难治性耳鸣患者,可有效缓解患者的耳鸣症状、疗效肯定;能显著降低患者血清sVCAM1水平,提高血清SOD水平,促进患者康复。
【Abstract】ObjectiveTo observe the effect of acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor in therapy refractory tinnitus and its effects on serum levels of sVCAM1 and SOD. MethodsA total of 98 patients with refractory tinnitus treated in our department of ENT from March 2015 to December 2016 were selected, which were randomly assigned to the control group and the study group, 42 in each group. The control group received conventional treatment, and on the basis of this, the observation group were treated with acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor for 14d. The score of tinnitus severity, serum sVCAM1 and SOD levels, adverse reactions and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. ResultsThe score of tinnitus severity in two groups decreased after treatment (P<0.01), the study group were lower than those in the control group; The levels of serum sVCAM1 in two groups were decreased , and the level of SOD increased after treatment (P<0.01). The level of sVCAM1 in the study group was lower than that in the control group, and the level of SOD was higher than that of the control group (P<0.01). The total effective rate of the study group (57.14%) was higher than that of the control group (32.65%). The clinical efficacy was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the two groups (P>0.05) . ConclusionOn the basis of conventional treatment, patients with therapy refractory tinnitus were treated with acupoint injection of mouse nerve growth factor. Which can effectively relieve the tinnitus symptom and improve the curative effect of the patients, and can obviously reduce the serum sVCAM1 level, raise the serum SOD level and promote the rehabilitation of the patients.
