目的探讨血必净联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病患者的疗效及对患者血清炎症因子的影响。方法选取2014年5月至2016年5月我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者160例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组80例。对照组患者给予常规治疗,观察组患者在常规治疗的基础上给予血必净联合前列腺素E1治疗。检测比较两组患者治疗前后尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、血清TNF-α、MCP-1水平。结果治疗前,两组患者的尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、血清TNF-α、MCP-1水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的尿蛋白、尿微量白蛋白、血清TNF-α、MCP-1水平均低于对照组(P<0.01),观察组患者的临床疗效优于对照组,治疗总有效率(82.5%)显著高于对照组(55.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在常规治疗的基础上,血必净联合前列腺素E1治疗糖尿病肾病患者,能够有效降低炎症因子的水平,减轻肾功能损害,延缓疾病发展,提高临床治疗效果。
ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Xuebijing combined with prostaglandin E1 in treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy and its effect on serum inflammatory factor 3. Methods160 patients with diabetic nephropathy treated in our hospital from May 2014 to May 2016 were selected. According to the random number table method, the control group and the observation group were divided into the control group and the observation group, with 80 cases in each group. The control group were given routine and routine treatment, and the observation group were treated with Xuebijing combined with prostaglandin E1 on the basis of routine treatment. The levels of urine protein, urine microalbumin, serum TNF-alpha and MCP-1 were compared before and after treatment in the two groups. ResultsThere was no significant difference in the levels of urine protein, urine microalbumin, serum TNF-alpha and MCP-1 in the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the levels of urine protein, microalbuminuria, serum TNF-alpha and MCP-1 in the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.01). The clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the total effective rate (82.5%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (55%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). ConclusionIt is suggested that on the basis of routine treatment, Xuebijing combined with prostaglandin E1 in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors, reduce renal damage, delay the development of disease and improve the clinical effect.
