ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of sodium Ibandronate Injection combined with cinobufacini injection in the treatment of patients with bone metastasis and cancer pain. Methods240 cases of bone metastasis cancer pain were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 120 cases in each group. The control group was treated with Sodium Ibandronate Injection. The observation group were treated with Sodium Ibandronate Injection and cinobufacini injection. The pain relief, quality of life and adverse reaction were compared between the two groups after treatment. ResultsAfter treatment, the total effective rate of pain treatment in the observation group (81.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (65%). The effect of pain in the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). After treatment, the improvement rate of quality of life (63.3%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (40%). The quality of life of the patients in the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionSodium Ibandronate Injection combined with cinobufacini injection in treatment of metastatic bone cancer pain patients can significantly improve the treatment effect and quality of life, synergism of two combination therapy significantly, but not increase in adverse drug reactions, it is worthy of popularization and application.
