ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Aorui gel combined with proton pump inhibitor in the treatment of patients with reflux esophagitis and its effect on serum Ghrelin and Leptin. Methods185 patients with Reflux Esophagitis Treated in our hospital from January 2014 to July 2016 were selected. The random digital table was used to divide into the observation group and the control group. The control group was treated with proton pump inhibitor, the observation group was treated with Aorui gel based on the the control group′s treatment. The clinical efficacy, serum Ghrelin and Leptin levels and the recurrence rate within 6 months after treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (88.04%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (65.52%). The clinical effect was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). The level of serum Ghrelin in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the level of Leptin was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.01). The recurrence rate of 3 months and 6 months after treatment in the observation group (8.70%, 15.22%) was significantly lower than that of the control group (19.35%, 39.78%). The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05 or 0.01). ConclusionAorui gel combined with proton pump inhibitors in the treatment of reflux esophagitis patients can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect, The serum levels of Ghrelin and Leptin were improved and the recurrence rate was reduced.
