糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、炎症反应与乳酸杆菌水平的相关性研究

目的探讨糖尿病患者糖脂代谢、炎症反应与乳酸杆菌水平的相关性。方法选取2017年6月至2018年3月我院收治的糖尿病患者120例作为研究组,选择同期在我院进行健康体检者120例作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附法检测比较两组对象的炎症指标;采用全自动生化分析仪检测比较两组对象的糖脂代谢水平;采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应测量比较两组对象的乳酸杆菌水平。结果研究组患者的乳酸菌杆菌水平、外周血空腹血糖(FBG)、三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)以及高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、脂糖结合蛋白(LBP)和肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)、白细胞介素1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素6β(IL-6β)的含量均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组患者的可溶性脂蛋白胆固醇(sCD14)、白细胞介素10β(IL-10β)的含量显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病患者的炎症反应水平显著高于健康对照者,糖脂代谢水平低于健康对照者,体内乳酸杆菌水平显著高于健康人群,血清LDL-C含量与乳酸杆菌水平呈负相关,血清TNF-α、IL-6β水平与乳酸杆菌水平呈正相关。
ObjectiveTo investigate the correlation of glycolipid metabolism, biochemical indexes, inflammatory markers and lactobacillus level in diabetic patients. MethodsA total of 120 cases of diabetes patients treated in our hospital during the period of March -2018 in June 2017 were selected as study group. At the same time,a total of 120 healthy subjects were selected as the control group at the period of health examination. Enzyme linked immunosorbent assay was used to observe the inflammatory indicators of the two groups,automatic life analyzer was used to detected the level of glycolipid metabolism,and the level of lactobacilli of two groups was measured by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. ResultsThe the level of lactobacilli,peripheral blood fasting blood glucose (FBG), three acyl glycerol (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), glycosylated hemoglobin (HbAlc), lipoprotein binding protein (LBP), tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α), interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β),interleukin-6 beta (IL-6β) of study group was significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05),the content of soluble lipoprotein cholesterol (sCD14) and interleukin 10 beta (IL-10β) in the study group was significantly lower than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05). ConclusionFor diabetic patients,the degree of inflammatory reaction were significantly higher than that of healthy people,the glycolipid metabolism level was lower than that of healthy controls,and the lactobacillus level in vivo was significantly higher than that of healthy people.The level of LDL-C was negatively correlated with the level of lactobacillus,and the level of TNF-α and IL-6β was positively correlated with the level of lactobacillus.
