目的探讨皮痹复仁汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的临床疗效及其对氧化应激指标水平的影响。方法选取96例2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,每组48例。两组患者均给予糖尿病基础治疗。在此基础上,对照组患者给予马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用皮痹复仁汤治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效;治疗前后检测比较两组患者的氧化应激反应指标水平;比较治疗期间两组患者的不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(93.8%)显著高于与对照组(75.0%),临床疗效显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的MDA均显著降低、SOD显著升高,观察者患者的MDA显著低于对照组、SOD显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中两组患者均未出现明显的不良反应。结论皮痹复仁汤联合马来酸桂哌齐特治疗2型糖尿病周围神经病变患者的效果优于单纯使用马来酸桂哌齐特治疗,可有效缓解患者的氧化应激反应。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of Pibi Furen decoction combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its effect on the level of oxidative stress. Methods96 patients with type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as the study subjects, and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 48 cases in each group. Both groups were given basic treatment for diabetes. The control group added to treat with cinepazide maleate, and the observation group were treated with Pibi Furen Decoction on the basis of the treatment of the control group. The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared. The levels of oxidative stress were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. The adverse reactions of the two groups were compared during the treatment. ResultsAfter 1 month′s treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (93.8%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (75.0%), and the clinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The MDA of the two groups were significantly decreased, and the SOD was significantly increased. The MDA of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group and the SOD was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05). There were no obvious adverse reactions in the two groups of patients during the treatment. ConclusionThe effect of Pibi Furen decoction combined with cinepazide maleate in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy is better than that of cinepazide maleate alone, which can effectively alleviate oxidative stress in patients.
