目的探究鼠神经生长因子联合地塞米松磷酸钠治疗急性脊髓炎患者的临床疗效及其对神经功能的恢复效果和安全性。方法选取2016年8月至2017年8月我院收治的急性脊髓炎患者86例,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组患者给予地塞米松磷酸钠治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合鼠神经生长因子治疗,观察比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能恢复效果、脊髓功能恢复时间以及不良反应发生情况。结果连续治疗4周后,观察组患者的治疗总有效率(95.35%)显著高于对照组(76.74%),临床疗效优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者痛觉、触觉以及运动功能各项评分均显著高于治疗前,观察组患者痛觉、触觉以及运动功能各项评分均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者下地行走时间、肌力恢复2级以上时间、排尿恢复时间、退热时间以及感觉恢复时间均显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗过程中观察组患者的不良反应发生率(2.33%)显著低于对照组(18.60%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论鼠神经生长因子与地塞米松磷酸钠联合治疗急性脊髓炎患者的临床疗效显著,能明显改善患者的神经功能,缩短脊髓神经功能恢复时间,治疗安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical curative effect, nerve function recovery effect and safety of rat nerve growth factor combined with dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the treatment of patients with acute myelitis. Methods86 patients with acute myelitis admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to August 2017 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 43 cases in each group. The control group were treated with dexamethasone sodium phosphate, and the observation group were treated with rat nerve growth factor on the basis of the therapeutic method of control group. The clinical effect, the nerve function recovery effect, the recovery time of spinal cord function and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 4 weeks of continuous treatment, the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 95.35%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (76.74%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of pain function, sensory function and motor function of the patients in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Walking time under the ground, the time of muscle strength improved to grade 2 or more, micturition recovery time, fever clearance time, and sensory recovery time in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group(2.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (18.60%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionThe effect of the combination of rat nerve growth factor and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in the treatment of patients with acute myelitis is remarkable, it can obviously improve the neurological function, and reduce the recovery time of spinal nerve function, and it has high safety, it is worthy of further popularization and application.
