目的探讨无痛支气管镜检查的临床应用价值及安全性。方法将105例拟进行支气管镜检查的患者根据自愿原则分为对照组(54例)和观察组(51例),分别进行常规支气管镜检查和无痛支气管镜检查。观察比较两组患者术前和术中收缩压(SBP)、心率(HR)、经皮血氧饱和度(SpO2)的变化情况;比较观察组患者术前及术后1周的记忆功能、脑电图,调查比较两组患者对再次支气管镜检查的接受程度。结果术前,两组患者SpO2比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中,观察组患者SpO2最低值显著低于术前且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前,两组患者HR、SBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术中,对照组患者HR、SBP显著升高且显著高于观察组(P<0.05)。观察组患者术前及术后1周长、短时记忆比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后脑电图无异常。观察组患者再次支气管镜检查的接受率(98.04%)显著高于对照组(22.22%)。结论与常规支气管镜检查比较,无痛支气管镜检查具有安全性高、患者无痛苦容易接受等特点。
ObjectiveTo investigate the value and safety of non-pain bronchoscopy clinical application. Methods105 patients who underwent bronchoscopy were divided into control group (54 cases) and observation group (51 cases) according to voluntary principle. Patients in observation group were conducted painless bronchoscopy and patients in control group were performed routine bronchoscopy. The systolic blood pressure (SBP), heart rate (HR), the percutaneous oxygen saturation (SpO2) preoperative and intraoperative in the two groups were compared. EEG and memory function of preoperative and 1 week postoperative were compared between two groups, and the acceptance degree of repeated bronchoscopy were observed. ResultsThere was no significant difference of preoperative SpO2 between two groups before operation (P>0.05). The minimum SpO2 value intraoperative in observation group was significantly lower than preoperative stage and control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference of HR and SBP in the preoperative stage between two groups (P>0.05). The HR and SBP during perioperative stage in observation group were significantly lower than preoperative stage and that of control group (P<0.05). There was no abnormality in electroencephalography EEG in observation group postoperative, and there was no significantly difference in long memory test and short memory test between preoperative and 1 week postoperative in observation group (P>0.05). The acceptance rate of repeated bronchoscopy in observation group (98.04%) was significantly higher than control group (22.22%). ConclusionCompared with routine bronchoscopy, painless bronchoscopy is safety, painless and more easy to accept by patients.
