目的探讨高血压规范化管理培训对社区医师高血压诊治水平及社区综合防治效果的影响。方法对来自5个试点单位共38名社区医生进行高血压规范化管理培训，培训时间2个月。培训结束后通过问卷评估社区医师对高血压知识及其诊治知识的掌握情况；分别于培训前，培训结束后6个月、12个月、18个月检测比较社区高血压患者的收缩压、舒张压以及高血压分级情况。结果培训后，社区医师的高血压防治基础知识和诊治水平评分均显著提高，培训前后比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。培训后6个月、12个月、18个月，社区高血压患者的收缩压以及舒张压水平均显著低于培训前，患者的血压分级也显著优于培训前，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论高血压规范化管理培训能有效提高社区医师的高血压专业知识和诊治水平以及疾病管理能力，显著提高社区高血压的综合防治效果。

ObjectiveTo explore the effect of standardized management training of hypertension on hypertension diagnosis and treatment competence in community physicians and community comprehensive prevention and treatment effect. MethodsA total of 38 community physicians from 5 pilot units were trained in standardized management of hypertension for 2 months. After the training, the questionnaire was used to assess the knowledge for hypertension diagnosis and treatment in community physicians. Before and after the training of 6 , 12 and 18 months, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure and blood pressure grading in community patients with hypertension were compared. ResultsAfter the training, the basic knowledge for hypertension diagnosis and treatment in community physicians were significantly improved,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). After the training of 6, 12, and 18 months, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of community patients with hypertension were significantly lower than those before the training. The blood pressure grading in patients was also significantly better than that before the training, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionThe standardized management training of hypertension can effectively promote the hypertension diagnosis and treatment competence and disease management ability in community physicians, and significantly improve community hypertension prevention and treatment effect.
