ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of modified Dingjing decoction combined with clomiphene for anovulatory infertility patients of liver stasis and kidney deficiency. Methods80 cases of anovulatory infertility patients of liver stasis and kidney deficiency admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with clomiphene alone and the patients in the observation group were treated with modified Dingjing decoction combined with clomiphene. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. The endometrial thickness, follicular diameter, ovulation and pregnancy between the two groups were compared. Follicle stimulating hormone (FSH), estradiol (E2) and luteinizing hormone (LH) between the two groups were detected and compared. ResultsAfter 3 courses of treatment, the clinical efficacy of the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The endometrial thickness, follicular diameter and pregnancy rate of the observation group were significantly larger (higher) than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). The FSH and E2 levels in the two groups were significantly increased, and the LH level was significantly decreased. The FSH and E2 levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the LH level was significantly lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionModified Dingjing decoction combined with clomiphene for anovulatory infertility patients of liver stasis and kidney deficiency can effectively increase the endometrial thickness, promote embryo implantation, improve the pregnancy rate, endocrine and immunomodulatory function, and clinical treatment effect.
