Clinical effect of Lizhong decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable for patients with diarrhea-type gastrointestinal dysfunction and the effects on inflammatory factors and immune function
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effects of Lizhong decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable on diarrhea-type gastrointestinal disorders and the effects on inflammatory factors and immune function. Methods122 patients with diarrhea-type gastrointestinal disorders treated in Gastroenterology of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 61 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with Bifidobacterium triple viable, and the patients in the observation group were treated with Lizhong decoction on the treatment of the control group. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. The changes of inflammatory factors and immune function were detected and compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (91.8%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (72.1%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After 4 weeks of treatment, the levels of inflammatory factors were significantly decreased in the two groups. The level of inflammatory factors in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ were significantly increased , and CD8+ levels were significantly decreased in the two groups. The levels of CD3+, CD4+ and CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, and the CD8+ level was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). ConclusionLizhong decoction combined with Bifidobacterium triple viable for patients with diarrhea-type gastrointestinal dysfunction can improve clinical treatment effect, reduce inflammatory factors level and enhance immune function. It is worth for clinical application.
