促红细胞生成素与蔗糖铁治疗癌性贫血临床观察▲

目的观察促红细胞生成素与蔗糖铁治疗癌性贫血患者的临床疗效。方法选取2015年6月至2018年6月我院化疗科收治的癌性贫血患者300例作为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为三组,促红细胞生成素组(促红细胞生成素治疗)、蔗糖铁组(蔗糖铁治疗)和联合治疗组(促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗),每组100例,三组患者均连续治疗8周。比较三组患者的临床治疗效果、生活质量评分(KPS评分)、红细胞计数(RBC)、血红蛋白(HGB)水平及红细胞比容(HCT)。结果促红细胞生成素组、蔗糖铁组和联合治疗组患者的治疗总有效率分别为87.0%、75.0%和97.0%;三组患者的治疗总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,三组患者的KPS评分、RBC、HGB、HCT均明显升高,表现为联合治疗组>促红细胞生成素组>蔗糖铁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论促红细胞生成素联合蔗糖铁治疗癌性贫血患者临床效果确切,可显著提高RBC、HGB、HCT水平,提高生活质量,临床治疗效果明显优于二者单独治疗。
ObjectiveTo observe the clinical efficacy of erythropoietin and iron saccharate on patients with cancerous anemia. MethodsA total of 300 cases with cancerous anemia admitted to our hospital from June 2015 to June 2018 were selected and randomly divided into three groups, erythropoietin group (treated with erythropoietin), iron saccharate group (treated with iron saccharate) and combination treatment group (treated with erythropoietin combined with iron saccharate), with 100 cases in each group. Three groups were treated continuously for 8 weeks. The clinical therapeutic effect, life quality score (KPS score), red blood cell (RBC) count, hemoglobin (HGB) and hematocrit (HCT) levels of the three groups were compared. ResultsThe total effective rates of erythropoietin group, iron saccharate group and combination treatment group were 87.0%, 75.0% and 97.0%, respectively. The total effective rates were statistically significantly different among the three groups (P<0.05).After 8 weeks of treatment, the KPS score, RBC, HGB and HCT were significantly increased in the three groups, and the ascending order were iron saccharate group, erythropoietin group and combination treatment group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionErythropoietin combined with iron saccharate have definite curative effects on cancerous anemia, which can significantly improve the RBC, HGB, HCT levels and the life quality, and its effect is obviously superior to that of separate treatment.
