ObjectiveTo explore the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on uremic patients and its effect on renal function. MethodsA total of 65 patients with uremia who were treated in our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected and randomly divided into control group (32 cases) and observation group (33 cases). The control group was treated with hemodialysis, and the observation group was treated with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis. After 8 weeks of continuous treatment, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared, and the blood urea nitrogen (BUN), serum creatinine (Scr) and parathyroid hormone (PTH) levels were compared between the two groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the observation group (93.9%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (75.0%), and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). Before treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in BUN, Scr and PTH levels between the two groups (P＞0.05). After 8 weeks of treatment, the BUN, Scr and PTH levels in both groups decreased significantly, and the level of the above indexes in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionHemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis on treating uremia patients has definitely clinical effect; meanwhile, it can significantly improve the renal function of patients.
