ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical therapeutic effect of low-dose aspirin combined with nifedipine in the treatment of gestational hypertension. MethodsA total of 90 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from January to November 2018 were selected as the objects. They were divided into observation group and control group in accordance with random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. The control group was treated with oral nifedipine, whereas the observation group was treated with oral nifedipine combined with low-dose aspirin. The blood pressure, 24 hours proteinuria level and pregnancy outcome were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. ResultsBefore treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and 24 hours proteinuria level between the two groups (P＞0.05). After treatment, the systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure and proteinuria level were significantly decreased in both groups, and the levels of the observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group, with statistically significant difference (P＜0.05). The incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes in the observation group (4.44%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (17.78%). The difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05). ConclusionNifedipine combined with low-dose aspirin in the treatment of gestational hypertension has a significant clinical therapeutic effect, which can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients, urinary protein level and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcomes.
