目的探讨阿奇霉素联合肺腧穴脉冲微波治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿的临床效果。方法选取2015年1月至2019年4月我院收治的肺炎支原体肺炎患儿300例,随机分为A、B、C三组,每组100例,A组患儿给予阿莫西林钠治疗,B组患儿给予阿奇霉素治疗,C组患儿给予阿奇霉素联合肺腧穴脉冲微波治疗。比较三组患儿的临床疗效,临床症状消失时间以及治疗前后外周血血浆中可溶性髓系细胞触发受体-1( sTREM-1)、白介素-6( IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)、降钙素原(PCT)水平。结果三组患儿的治疗总有效率表现为C组(99.0%)>B组(90.0%)>A组(75.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);三组患儿的住院时间、退热时间、咳嗽消失时间、肺部阴影消失时间表现为C组<B组<A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,三组患儿血 sTREM-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α水平、PCT比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗7 d后,三组患儿血sTREM-1、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、PCT水平均显著下降,且表现为C组<B组<A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阿奇霉素联合肺腧穴脉冲微波治疗肺炎支原体肺炎患儿可显著提高临床疗效,降低炎症因子水平,缩短临床症状消失时间,促进恢复。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin combined with Feishu acupoint pulse microwave in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia. MethodsA total of 300 children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to April 2019 were selected, and were randomly divided into three groups: group A, in which children were administered amoxicillin sodium; group B administered azithromycin, and group C administered azithromycin combined with Feishu acupoint pulse microwave, with 100 cases in each group. The clinical efficacy, disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and pre- and post-treatment soluble triggering receptor expressed on myeloid cell-1 (sTREM-1) in peripheral blood plasma, interleukin-6 (IL-6), interleukin-10 (IL-10), tumor necrosis factor α (TNF-α), and procalcitonin (PCT) levels were compared between the three groups. ResultsThe total effective rate of treatment in the three groups exhibited in a descending order as follows: group C (99.0%), group B (90.0%), and group A (75.0%), with the statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The hospital stay, defervescence time, cough disappearance time, pulmonary shadow disappearance time revealed in an ascending order with group C, group B, and group A, with the statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Before treatment, there were no significant differences in serum sTREM-1, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α and PCT levels between the three groups (P>0.05). After 7 days of treatment, the serum sTREM- 1, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, and PCT levels of children in the three groups decreased significantly, and exhibited in an ascending order with group C, group B, and group A, with the statistically significant differences (P<0.05). ConclusionAzithromycin combined with Feishu acupoint pulse microwave can prominently improve the clinical efficacy, decrease the levels of inflammatory factors, shorten the disappearance time of clinical symptoms, and promote recovery in children with mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia.
