Effect of Triangle hierarchical management intervention on blood pressure control, self-management behavior and treatment compliance in patients with hypertension
ObjectiveTo explore the value applied to Triangle hierarchical management in patients with hypertension. MethodsA total of 134 patients with hypertension admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to March 2019 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by the random number method, with 67 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were administered routine health management intervention, based on which the observation group was administered Triangle hierarchical management intervention, for six-month intervention. Diastolic blood pressure (DBP), systolic blood pressure (SBP), self-management behavior score, and treatment compliance score were compared between the two groups. ResultsBefore intervention, there were no statistically significant differences in DBP, SBP, self-management behavior score, treatment compliance score, and the incidence of one-year complication between the two groups (P>0.05). After 6 months of intervention, the DBP and SBP of the two groups decreased significantly, and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group. The self-management behavior and treatment compliance scores of the two groups significantly increased, and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). For one-year follow-up, the incidence of complications in the observation group (2.99%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (13.43%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). ConclusionImplementing the Triangle hierarchical management intervention for hypertensive patients can effectively improve the blood pressure control effect, self-management behavior of patients, and treatment compliance, and thus it reduces the risk of complications occurrence, which is worthy of promotion and application.
