目的探讨ICU脑卒中患者的社会支持现状及其影响因素，为制定患者健康干预计划提供参考。方法选择2018年5月至2019年6月我院神经科ICU收治的脑卒中患者285例为研究对象，应用一般情况调查表、社会支持量表、家庭功能量表对患者进行调查，了解患者的社会支持现状，对影响患者社会支持状况的因素进行多元线性回归分析。结果ICU脑卒中患者的社会支持总分处于中等水平，各维度得分由高到低依次为家庭支持、朋友支持、其他人支持；不同年龄、婚姻状况、经济状况、文化程度、家庭功能的患者的社会支持评分比较，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；多元线性回归结果显示，年龄大、文化程度低、经济状况差、家庭功能差的ICU脑卒中患者，其社会支持状况较差。结论ICU脑卒中患者的社会支持处于中等水平，年龄、文化程度、经济状况、家庭功能是影响患者社会支持状况的重要因素。

ObjectiveTo explore the current status of social support and influencing factors for ICU stroke patients, to provide a reference for making health intervention plans in patients. MethodsA total of 285 stroke patients admitted to the ICU of Neurology Department in our hospital from May 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. The general status questionnaire, social support scale, and family function scale were used to investigate patients, to understand the social support status of patients, and to analyze the influencing factors for the social support status of patients by multiple linear regression analysis. ResultsThe total social support scores of ICU stroke patients reached a medium level, with a descending order in each dimension as follows: family support, friend support, and others support. There were statistically significant differences in social support scores of different ages, marital status, economic status, educational level, and family function (P＜0.05). Multiple linear regression results showed that elder age, low educational level, poor economic status, and poor family function of ICU stroke patients had a poor social support status. ConclusionThe social support of ICU stroke patients reaches a medium level. Age, educational level, economic status, and family function are crucial factors affecting social support status in ICU stroke patients.
