目的探讨根据半乳糖凝集素-3(Galectin-3)、细胞角蛋白19(CK19)和甲状腺过氧化物酶(TPO)表达情况诊断恶性甲状腺肿瘤的临床价值。方法选取2017年3月至2019年5月在本院进行手术治疗的甲状腺肿瘤患者128例为研究对象,根据手术病理检查结果将患者分为恶性肿瘤组(78例)与良性肿瘤组(50例),检测比较两组患者病理组织中Galectin-3、CK19和TPO表达情况,绘制ROC曲线分析根据Galectin-3、CK19和TPO表达情况诊断恶性甲状腺肿瘤的效能。结果恶性肿瘤组患者肿瘤组织的Galectin-3、CK19阳性表达率显著高于良性肿瘤组,TOP阳性表达率显著低于良性肿瘤组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。通过绘制ROC曲线并进行分析发现,根据Galectin-3、CK19、TOP的表达水平诊断甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性均具有较高的效能。结论甲状腺恶性肿瘤的Galectin-3、CK19呈高表达,TPO呈低表达,根据Galectin-3、CK19、TPO的表达情况诊断甲状腺肿瘤的良恶性具有一定的临床应用价值。
ObjectiveTo explore the clinical value of expressions of Galectin-3, Cytokeratin 19 (CK19) and Thyroid Peroxidase (TPO) diagnosing malignant thyroid tumor. MethodsA total of 128 patients with thyroid tumors who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2017 to May 2019 were selected as the research subjects. Patients were divided into malignant tumor group (78 cases) and benign tumor group (50 cases) according to the results of the surgical pathological examination. Expressions of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO in the pathological tissues were detected and compared between the two groups. Drawing the ROC curve to analyze the efficacy according to expressions of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO diagnosing malignant thyroid tumor. ResultsPatients in the malignant tumor group obtained a higher positive expression rate in Galectin-3, CK19 of tumor tissues, whereas a lower positive expression rate in TPO as compared with the benign tumor group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Diagnosing benign or malignant thyroid tumors by expressions of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO had relatively high efficacy, according to drawing and analyzing the ROC curve. ConclusionThe Galectin-3 and CK19 of malignant thyroid tumor presented high expressions, whereas TPO indicated a low expression. Diagnosing benign or malignant thyroid tumors by expressions of Galectin-3, CK19 and TPO has a certain clinical application value.
