目的探讨小儿定喘口服液联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床效果。方法选择2017年5月至2019年6月在我院治疗的儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿124例为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为两组,每组62例。在常规治疗基础上,对照组患儿雾化吸入布地奈德混悬液治疗;观察组患儿在对照组治疗的基础上加服小儿定喘口服液治疗,疗程1个月。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、炎症因子水平、免疫球蛋白水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗1个月后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(87.1%)显著高于对照组(71.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素-8(IL-8)水平均明显下降,观察组患儿的水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患儿的血清免疫球蛋白IgM、IgG及IgA水平均显著升高,观察组患儿的水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间, 两组患儿的不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论小儿定喘口服液联合布地奈德混悬液雾化吸入治疗儿童咳嗽变异性哮喘,可显著提高临床治疗效果,降低炎症水平,提高患儿免疫力,治疗安全性高。
ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical effect of Xiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation for children with cough variant asthma. MethodsA total of 124 children with cough variant asthma who were treated in our hospital from May 2017 to June 2019 were selected as the research objects. The random number method was employed to assigned patients to two groups, with 62 cases in each group. On the basis of conventional treatment, the control group was treated with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation, based on which the observation group was additionally administered Xiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid, for a one-month treatment course. Clinical efficacy, inflammatory factors levels, immunoglobulin levels, and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 1 month of treatment, the total effective rate (87.1%) of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group (71.0%), with a statistically significant difference (P<0.05). The interleukin-4 (IL-4), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and interleukin-8 (IL-8) levels in the two groups significantly decreased, and the levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). The serum immunoglobulin IgM, IgG and IgA levels in the two groups significantly increased, and the levels in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). During treatment, there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). ConclusionXiaoer Dingchuan oral liquid combined with budesonide suspension aerosol inhalation for children with cough variant asthma can significantly improve the clinical efficacy, decrease the level of inflammation, improve the immunity of children, and thus it is highly safe.
