ObjectiveTo investigate the effect of Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule on blood lipid level and anginal frequency in patients with chronic stable angina pectoris (SAP) complicated with hyperlipidemia. MethodsA total of 202 SAP patients complicated with hyperlipidemia who were treated in our hospital from January 2019 to May 2020 were selected and divided into two groups by the random number method, with 101 cases in each group. Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, based on which patients in the observation group were additionally administrated with Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule. The blood lipid levels and the onset of anginal frequency before and after treatment, as well as the occurrence of adverse reactions during the treatment were compared between the two groups. ResultsAfter 8 weeks of treatment, the levels of TG, TC, and LDL-C in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and the HDL-C level was significantly higher than that in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). The times of anginal frequency per week and duration of each frequency in the observation group were significantly less or shorter than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05). During the treatment, there was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P＞0.05). ConclusionOn the basis of conventional treatment, additionally administrating Yindan Xinnaotong soft capsule can significantly improve the blood lipid metabolism of SAP patients complicated with hyperlipidemia, reduce the anginal frequency, shorten the duration of each frequency, with a high safety of treatment, and it is also helpful to improve the disease condition in patients.
