目的探讨室间隔缺损患者介入封堵术前后促生长激素释放素(Ghrelin)、N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)及心房钠尿肽(ANP)水平变化及其与心功能关系。方法选取2018年1月至2020年1月住院治疗的107例行介入封堵术治疗的室间隔缺损患者作为研究对象。比较患者介入封堵术前与术后3个月时Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP和心功能指标水平,患者介入封堵术后3个月Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP水平与心功能指标水平的相关性。结果室间隔缺损患者术后3个月的Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP水平均低于术前,左心室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)、左心室收缩末期内径(LVESD)、左心室收缩末期容量(LVESV)、左心室舒张末期容量(LVEDV)均小于术前(均P<0.05),但左室射血分数(LVEF)与术前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。Spearman相关性分析结果显示,室间隔缺损患者介入封堵术3个月后的Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP水平与LVEDD、LVESD、LVESV、LVEDV均呈正相关(均P<0.05),与LVEF均无相关(均P>0.05)。结论室间隔缺损患者介入封堵术3个月后Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP水平均降低,心功能显著改善,且Ghrelin、NT-proBNP、ANP水平与心功能指标呈正相关。
ObjectiveTo explore the changes in Ghrelin, N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide(NT-proBNP), and atrial natriuretic peptide(ANP) levels before and after the interventional occlusion in patients with ventricular septal defect and their correlations with the cardiac function. MethodsA total of 107 patients with ventricular septal defect treated with interventional occlusion and hospitalized from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected as the research objects. The Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, ANP and the cardiac function indexes levels of patients were compared before and 3 months after the interventional occlusion. The correlations of the Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, and ANP levels with the cardiac function indexes levels of the patients 3 months after the interventional occlusion were analyzed. ResultsCompared with those before the operation, patients with ventricular septal defect had lower Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, and ANP levels and smaller left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD), left ventricular end-systolic diameter(LVESD), left ventricular end-systolic volume(LVESV), and left ventricular end-diastolic volume(LVEDV) 3 months after the operation(all P<0.05), but the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF) showed no statistically significant difference(P>0.05). The results of Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that, in patients with ventricular septal defect 3 months after the operation, the Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, and ANP levels positively correlated with the LVEDD, LVESD, LVESV, and LVEDV(all P<0.05), but did not correlate with LVEF(all P>0.05). ConclusionPatients with ventricular septal defect had decreased Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, and ANP levels and improved cardiac function 3 months after the interventional occlusion, and the Ghrelin, NT-proBNP, and ANP levels positively correlated with the cardiac function.
