ObjectiveTo screen the extracting method of ethanol in Murraya paniculata(L.) Jack. MethodsThe extraction process was optimized by orthogonal experiment with yield of ethanol extract, murrayone and 5′-murrayone as indexes ,and the concentration of ethanol, the ratio of solid to liquid, extraction time, and extraction times were used as the factors. ResultsThe optimum extracting condition was as follow: Murraya paniculata was extracted by 10 times of 80% EtOH for 2 times with 1 hour per time. ConclusionThe optimum extraction technology is feasible, simple and reasonable.
