MethodsCarefully noted all the changes of tree shrew,such as weight, living situation, the time point of cage separating, pregnant and delivery time, et al. ResultsThe selective of breeding, optimization of feeding, selecting the best padding and standardization of diet mat could contribute to the improvement of breeding condition of tree shrew. ConclusionsIn the laboratory environment, optimized the condition and close observation are helpful for improving the tree shrew strains.
