目的分析血清胱抑素(Scys c)与高敏C反应蛋白(hs CRP)、心肌肌钙蛋白I (CTn I)的相关性,探讨血清胱抑素(Scys c)在心肌梗死(AMI)急性期的诊断价值。方法选取2010年5月至2013年5月在我院心内科住院的AMI患者46例作为AMI组,另选取同期门诊健康体检者23例为对照组。入院时均抽取静脉血检测Scys c、hs-CRP、CTn I水平,AMI组恢复期检测Scys c。并对AMI组进行Scys c水平与hs-CRP、CTnI、年龄的pearson相关分析。结果AMI组Scys c、hs-CRP、CTn I水平较健康对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0);AMI组恢复期Scys c水平比急性期下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.0);pearson相关分析显示Scysc与hs-CRP、CTn I呈正相关,与年龄无关。结论AMI急性期Scys c、hs-CRP、CTn I显著升高,对AMI的早期诊断有一定的临床价值。
ObjectiveTo investigate the relationship between serum levels of cystatin C and hs CRP、CTn I, and discuss the the diagnosis value of cystatin C in patients with acute myocardial infarction in acute stage. Methods46 patients with acute myocardial infarction treated between May 2001 and May 2013 in department of cardiology in our hospital were enrolled(AMI group) , health volunteers served as control group (n=23). The levels of Scys c、hsCRP、CTn I of all cases were measured on admission, and the levels of Scys c in AMI group were also detected in recovery period . Pearson’s correlation was used to analyse the relationship between serum levels of cys C and hs CRP、CTn I. ResultsThe levels of Scys c、hsCRP、CTn I in the AMI group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05); the levels of Scys c decreased significantly in AMI group in recovery period. Pearson′s correlation showed that Scys c had positive correlation with hs CRP、CTn I, but had no correlation with age. ConclusionsThe levels of Scys c、hsCRP、CTn I are significantly increased in acute stage, and have active clinical value in the early diagnosis of AMI.
