目的探讨互动式虚拟情景训练应用于心肌梗死后心衰患者的效果。方法选择80例心肌梗死后心衰患者为研究对象,随机将其分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。对照组进行常规有氧运动,观察组在对照组基础上进行互动式虚拟情景训练,两组均干预8周。比较两组患者干预前后心功能、6分钟步行试验(6MWT)距离、自理能力、睡眠质量。结果干预8周后,观察组患者的左室射血分数、左室舒张末期容积、左心房内径、6MWT距离、Barthel指数均高/长于对照组,舒张早期与末期二尖瓣血流峰值速度比值、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论互动式虚拟情景训练能改善心肌梗死后心衰患者的心功能、步行运动能力、自理能力和睡眠质量,值得临床推广应用。
ObjectiveTo explore the effect of interactive virtual scenario training in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction. MethodsEighty patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction were selected as research subjects and randomly divided into a control group or an observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group underwent regular aerobic exercise, based on which the observation group underwent interactive virtual scenario training, and both groups were intervened for 8 weeks. The two groups were compared in the cardiac function, 6 minutes walking test (6MWT) distance, self-care ability, and sleep quality before and after the intervention. ResultsAfter 8 weeks of intervention, the left ventricular ejection fraction, left ventricular end-diastolic volume, left atrial diameter, 6MWT distance, and Barthel index in the observation group were higher/longer than those in the control group, and the ratio of the peak mitral blood flow velocity in the early diastole to peak mitral blood flow velocity in the late diastole and Pittsburgh sleep quality index in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (all P<0.05). ConclusionInteractive virtual scenario training can improve cardiac function, walking ability, self-care ability, and sleep quality in patients with heart failure after myocardial infarction, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
