ObjectiveTo explore the influence factors and the status of anxiety in patients with acute myocardial infarction after intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation, and provide intervention strategies for clinical nursing. Methods49 patients with acute myocardial infarction who underwent intra-aortic balloon pump counterpulsation in our department were selected, Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA), general data questionnaire and global registered acute coronary events (GRACE) risk score were used to evaluate the status of anxiety and acute coronary events. Results44 patients with anxiety(89.8%), the overall incidence of anxiety in female was higher than that of men,but among female patients there were 2 patients were severe anxiety(20.0%), while 13 cases in men(33.3%); The range of GRACE risk score in 49 patients was 101~247, and with increasing scores of HAMA, GRACE risk score was increased. ConclusionsGender, age, restrictions on bed,lifestyle,acute coronary events have a significant impact in psychology in patients with AMI after IABP.
