ObjectiveTo evaluate the clinical effects of Deanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium on cervicogenic headache(CHE).Method80 CHE patients were randomly divided into two groups, and the observation group(40 cases) received Deanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium, and the control group(40 cases) treated only by Diclofenac Sodium. The course of treatment was one week, comparing the effect of the two group at different time points.ResultsObvious therapeutic effect was observed in the observation group 1 week after treatment, and the frequency of headache, degree of pain were better than that of the control group, there were significant differences between the 2 groups (P＜0.05）.ConclusionDeanxit combined with Diclofenac Sodium has good effect in the treatment of CHE.
